A graduate from the Construction Department of The Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice. He has building authorizations and is one of the top property valuers in Poland. He also completed professional courses in valuation for banking and accounting purposes according to European accounting standards and in valuation of real estate property purchased for motorway construction and others.
He started his career as the director of teams employed at the realisation of building investments. He also carried out construction supervision. Later he led investment processes and made improvement suggestions that led to significant financial results.
His experience is real estate and construction management was used during the twelve years of his employment at ING bank.
Currently, he is running his own business related to real estate valuation for banking, industry and administration.
He was asked to participate in a pilot real estate transaction within the framework of the PHARE 2000 project.
